University of Waterloo Interviews Energize Bridgewater Director

Energize Bridgewater Director, Jessica McDonald was recently interviewed by Professor Peter Carr for a course titled Impact of Information Systems on Society at the University of Waterloo. In the interview, Jessica talks about the practical reality of including technology in the larger Energize Bridgewater project.

As a Smart Cities Challenge winner, Energize Bridgewater sees technology as an important tool for reducing Energy Poverty in Bridgewater. Jessica’s interview highlights the range of skills and knowledge needed, how all the project components work together, and how very high levels of drive and determination are required to move Energize Bridgewater forward.
